I read on AndroidPublisher.com that Google only allows developers from the following countries to sell apps on the Android Market:
Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom and United States. Is this true? If it is, isn't it highly unfair, and not to mention against Google's stance on the openness of the Android Platform?
