Still looking for assistance here.

I've uninstalled ADT and started over. Here's some screenshots as I
went along:

0) After uninstalling I checked "What is already installed" to make
sure it was properly uninstalled

1) Clicked "Help -> Install New Software", selected the Android
repository:

2) Clicked next:

3) I got this warning whiles downloading:

4) After it finished installing it prompted me to restart (which I
did). Then when it started again I went to "What is already
installed" to confirm that Eclipse thinks it's installed ADT:

5) But if I go to "Windows -> Preferences" I see no mention of
Android:

Also If I go to "File -> New -> Project" there is no option for
Android Project.

Any help would be appreciated!
