I don't have my phone yet but I'm getting a jumpstart on things by using the emulator (I'm using Eclipse 3.4.1 with the Android Development Toolkit version 0.8.0.v200809220836-110569). What's happening is this ...I have a scrolling ListView, and if I scroll it by clicking the emulator's up and down buttons all is well. But if I move the list by clicking on an entry in the list with the mouse and then dragging the list, the entire list gets a dark grey background instead of the nice sunflower color it normally has.
Is this a bug in the emulator, or does the real phone do this as well? Is there some flag I have to set in my code that says "don't draw ugly stuff"?
