REQFAIL shows the requests that failed.
FAILREF shows the pages with bad links.

If I create a file named "staff.htm" and I link
it to a non-existent file named "smyth.htm",
then "smyth.htm" appears in REQFAIL and
"staff.htm" appears in FAILREF.

If needed, you can override default values for
FAILREFFLOOR or FAILREFARGSFLOOR.

Hope that helps,

Hi
Yes I guess this is what I need but I am not sure how to formulate the
request. I went thru the doc but I could not find any example. Any hints
would be appreciated!

Are you asking about the Failed Referrer Report (FAILREF)? This report lists the referrers containing broken links to the site.

Hi
May be I should read more the documentation (I've done it already) but here
is my problem: large documentation systems with machine-generated

Hyperlinks

buried in hundred of PDF files. Some of the links are wrong and I'm getting them from the REQFAIL Report
however I would also need to create a report to identify the original
document that contains the bad link so that we can correct them. How can I
do that?
