[PATCH] check for mcbp

This is the fix for below
we don't need to call amdgpu_ring_mux_start_ib/ amdgpu_ring_mux_end_ib if 
adev->gfx.mcbp is enable .
we could return earlier in amdgpu_sw_ring_ib_begin/ amdgpu_sw_ring_ib_end in 
case !adev->gfx.mcbp.
