Take a look at your logs. You may find the mail is coming in from
rim.net servers?

Interesting. In the US all the mailservers for blackberry.com are
listed as variants of rim.net. Blackberry does some odd pass throughs.
What happens if you also whitelist rim.net?
Yes, you've already put in whitelist but are blocked the same.
