Changelog can be found at https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/amarok/-/blob/master/ChangeLog Although there are just a couple of new features in this version, there has been a lot of Qt6 compatibility work done that shouldn't affect functionality, but that justifies the next version to be 3.1 and not 3.0.2, and also justifies having a little beta period before final release. 3.1.0 is likely to be released in early August.
