This is essentially a "duplicate" of bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=188074 (see https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=300557 too) Bugzilla is more suited to reporting bugs, so if something is clearly a bug, please report it there (or rather vote and add yourself to the CC list if it is already reported). It is for sure still fine to ask general questions and discuss ideas on the mailing list.
