As stated in my blog which Matěj pointed you to already: use your brains! If you can't find "Unified Cue File" anywhere then maybe you read it wrongly? Maybe also re-read the description of the task, repeatedly, because you apparently seem not to understand the very basic description of the task. GSoC students need to be smart enough to understand a task description and find answers to their questions on their own accord, if you do not understand it then maybe this is not for you...
