Dear Igor, While you're at submitting your proposal to the Melange thingy, I would like to ask you to provide more details about the specific API calls and/or libraries that you are going to employ.
The reason for this is that vkontakte's API is terribly incosistent, and no one would like to see this project crash and burn because of a lacking API functionality, or something of the kind. I think the Russian Amarok users would be very pleased if you implement this project.
