Depends on your definition of "labelstr" and which label you give that tape via running amlabel. Amanda does not care for "pre" or something, *she* just uses every tape with a label matching the defined labelstr. No need to 'insert' a tape into a existing sequence (for example, between 2 and 3 ...). So the tape would very likely be labeled as 'Backup06', and this would have to be done by you. Stefan
