I have about 60 MS clients, and currently, they are all mounted by smbclient through the AMANDA backup server. I have a few other Linux machines that are backed up too, and I was wondering if it would be better to spread these SAMBA mounts out across 2 or 3 other Linux machines.
So, instead of mounting 60 MS clients on the Amanda server, spread the 60 out across 3 Linux machines. Or does it matter? Any advice is appreciated. -- Brad
