Hi all,
I have been trying for several weeks to figure this out, but I must be
daft because I haven't done so yet.
I play a game (Tribes 2) under linux which has some bad voodoo code in
it causing the left and right channels to be swapped. I've been
trying to create a asound.conf or .asoundrc file that will simply
swap the front left and front right channels of my SB Live 5.1
(emu10k1). If someone would suggest a sample file of how this might
be done, I would greatly appreciate it.
I've been hacking away at this for several weeks, and I still can't
make heads or tales of all this "hw:0,0 { pcm type route plug
ttable.0.0 1}" craziness. Help understanding this would be
appreciated. Help beyond referring me to alsa-project.org, LAU, the
alsa wiki, etc... I've read everything and still don't understand a
thing. Is this abnormal?
Thanks!
Marty
