this is for soundblaster live! platinum
there is following parameter

parm: enable_ir int array (min = 1, max = 8), description
"Enable IR."
what value should it have to be enabled? (I don't know what
array min 1 max 8 means)
is it enabled by default? if not then why not (does it have
any negative effects?)
how would I use it?
