Help please:
I have a MSI KT333 (via8233) and I can't make it sound properly. I am
using Linux RedHat 7.3 with a custom kernel 2.4.19.
The only thing that sounds in my machine is XMMS :-(
The kernel configuration seems to be OK... (Sound support as a module and,
I don't know if it is important but OSS support is as a module too)
I compiled the last alsa-driver from the CVS (30-09-2002) and seems to be
OK too.
Modules load well... /etc/modules.conf seems to be OK. I really don't know
what is wrong.
I only get sounds from my XMMS configured with OSS. /dev/dsp and
/dev/audio works (I suppose through OSS emulation). But nothing else
sounds...
Unreal Tournament (game): is mute.
SDL Games (game): are mute.
Wine: I have not tested
Please, if you or someone else could helpme I would be grateful for
ever...
