Hi all. I am attempting to get Speakfreely release 7.5 working with Alsa-0.9.0rc1. I have a Crystal-cs4236b card. I have tried setting various combinations of CCFLAGS, and so far nothing has worked. Has anyone been able to use Speakfreely with this version of Alsa? I can get sfspeaker to work (it receives audio fine However, sfmike refuses to send audio through the Mic input channel. However sending sound files works because I can hear the file playing on my Winblows laptop which is running ver-7.2 of Speakfreely. Also, I have been able to successfully use the mic by recording a wav with arecord. So I know that mixer settings are not the problem. If anyone has been able to successfully use Speakfreely with this particular version of Alsa, I would be interested to know how you accomplished this. Thanks in advance!
