I suggest reopening, since strings seems to be still untranslated in OOo 3.3.
To reproduce, in Writer open Tools - Options and enable, under "General", the
"Extended tips" checkbox.
Then open File - Print and you will see that tips appearing on "Number of
copies" or "collate" are in English no matter what your interface is using.
