Hello John,

I'd be very careful in doing that. Unless you have a braille display and you 
can navigate Windows with it. Or have sighted support at hand. Because there is 
a chance you will loose all audio and need to restore the driver. I wouldn't 
trust that advice without further research. There must be a configuration to it 
within Windows Settings to turn off these affects you don't like.
