What a disappointment! My LG Smart Tv (it's a 43-inch model 2019 UM7100) and 
just updated, and Netflix is still not accessible from the TV itself! How much 
longer would we have to wait? It's been nearly a year and a half, and still 
have to use Netflix via the phone? which I don't mind, but why then, is Amazon 
Prime accessible from the TV?
