Hi Tim, It depends on what you mean by a certain order. In Winamp, you can load an entire folder of songs and create a playlist within the playlist editor which you can output to a .m3u file. You can also move files up and down within the editor. If you are wanting to use attributes within the ID3 tag such as genre, I don't think you can do that within Winamp.
Alternatively, you can use the dir command line function in Windows to create a list of files which you can save to a .m3u file.
