With the new Agora site on the horizon, would it be possible to have some
bureaucratic matters be handled by a GNDT-like system? (The GNDT is a
little web code thing on BlogNomic that very comfortably handles public
information)

For example, with money transactions, I think they can be more easily
handled by a system like that, because only the money-sender would need to
be concerned with the sending - the "GNDT" item would act as the Secretary,
automatically. (And if there are any mishaps in the system brought by human
error we can just informally correct them and if needed, CFJ it if its too
controversial, similar to BlogNomic).

Something like this can be also useful for CFJs. Google Forms, perhaps? Or
an ad-hoc code with a form on the website you can comfortably fill in and
it goes to some central system which automatically assigns Judges from a
list instead of needing an Arbitor (We could have an "Ur-Arbitor" for this
if there needs to be any manual tweaks to the assignment or some part of
the system).

What do you think? I think a "GNDT" designed for Agoran concerns could be
fairly easy to code (or we could just straight up request a copy from Kevan
and make modifications from there, either way I think it would be pretty
easy).
