Proto: Yet Another Kurrency System

Yaks

Yaks are a currency. The Yak Herder is the recordkeepor
of Yaks. Yaks are an auctionable currency [this means a
fixed currency, specifically for use in auctions]. Yaks
are limited to first class players.

At the beginning of each month, each Active first-class player,
who was active for at least 16 total days in the previous
month, gets 100 Yaks + 30 Yaks per office held for at least 16
total days in the previous month.

Immediately before the end of each quarter, 40% (rounded
down) of each player's Yak holdings above 200 Yaks are
     destroyed.

If a player registers who has not been a player any time
in the past 90 days, e gets 300 Yaks.

Upon the adoption of this proposal, each first-class Player get 300 Yaks.

[note: for a non-officer who spends nothing, this results
in an equilibrium Yak level between 800-1000 after ~six months].

This is not too different from Rubles, so far, but one major
difference is the time scale; monthly increase and quarterly
reductions allows for longer-term strategies].

The Block

A Player CAN transfer any Trading cards e holds to the Block
[amend rules so that Block can own trading cards].

At the beginning of each month, the Yak Herder SHALL determine
the three players who hold the most cards with themselves as
the subject [Hoarders] who did not transfer any trading cards
to the Block in the previous month. If there are ties, the
Yak Herder SHALL choose randomly. The Yak Herder will transfer,
from each Hoarder, one card with that Hoarder as the subject to
     the block.

The Yak Herder shall then hold an auction for each Trading
Card on the block. Proceeds for the auction will go to the
player who held each card immediately before it was transferred
to the block, with 20% being destroyed (tax).
