As an (inactive) player of B Nomic, which has recently become a Protectorate of Agora Nomic, I have been thinking of ways in which B Nomic could increase its involvement in its benevolent dicator's affairs, or indeed increase its involvement with anything whatsoever.
One idea I had was to transform B Nomic into an agoran Limited
Partnership under rule 2145, and create various B Nomic rules to induce
interesting (?) effects on its behavior in Agora. However, rule 754 with
the precedent of CFJ 1659 causes an issue with this - the partnership
agreement would have to be a B Nomic rule, and refer to "B Nomic Rules"
- which under CFJ 1659's interpretation would be "B Nomic (agoran)
Rules".
One possibility to resolve this would be to amend r754 to permit
a particular instrument to override the interpretation of certain
specific terms within its own body - how about something like this?
