- About 2577: But there is no explicit limit to what the 'modifications'
can do. That's the scam.
- About 2449: Regulated actions uses similar language - "A Regulated Action
CAN only be performed as described by the Rules" - and yet I've proved in
my previous grat args that regulated actions don't need to have their text
entirely described in the Ruleset document itself. So neither should
'Winning the Game'.
