I submit the following proposal.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Proposal: The Simplest Judging of All
If G's proposal named "Mostly Simple Judging" does not pass, Retitle
Rule 991 (Judicial Cases Generally) to "Judicial Cases" and amend it to
read the following:
A judicial case, also known as a call for judgement (CFJ), is a
procedure to settle a matter of controversy.
Any person can initiate a call for judgement by announcement,
specifying a statement (the Argument) that is to be validated or
invalidated .
Voting for the validation or invalidation of the Call for
Judgement begins when the Initiater initiates the call for
judgement. Any player can vote for the validation or invalidation
of a judicial case. A simple majority of the active players is
required for the Call for Judgement to be validated.
Voting ends when a majority of the active players have all voted
either for the validation of the Call for Judgement or against the
validation of the Call for Judgement.
If seven days have passed before a majority of the active players
have all voted for or against the validation of the Call for
Judgement, the voting ends. If the voting ends before a majority
of the active players have all voted for or against the validation
of the Call for Judgement, the validation of the Call for
Judgement depends on the majority of the voters.
The Initiator is responsible for announcing the end of the voting
period and announcing the result of the voting within ten days of
the start of the voting period.
If an Argument of a judicial case is validated, the content of the
Argument is true.
Repeal the following rules if G's Proposal, "Mostly Simple Judging",
does not pass:
