0. This is the Bucky Proposal Proxy Party (BPPP)
1. Any player of Agora may join or leave the Bucky Proposal Proxy Party by
announcing they join or leave via the '[email protected]' mailing
list.
2. The Bucky Proposal Proxy Party is intended to be a person for the purposes
of Agora whenever Agora's rules allow it. Further, Bucky or any member of the
BPPP can act on its behalf to attempt to register it as a player.
3. The BPPP cannot be amended.
4. Bucky is authorized to author and submit proposals on behalf of the BPPP as
long as every member of the BPPP who is a player of Agora is also co-author on
that proposal.
5. If the BPPP has any assets, Bucky may act on behalf of the BPPP to transfer
them to another person.
6. Bucky may end the BPPP by announcement.

tl;dr: If a few players agree to it, I use it to make proposals and they get
free VCs whiten the proposals pass.
