Hi Andrea,

As I said the problem related was solved following the instructions
given by Felix (i.e. assigning the new linked task to a user in the
correct team).

The other problem I think is a problem in the validation as Felix
said. This problem is related to creating a linked ticket and
assigning it to a user not in the team, because Agilo raises an
exception (if the assigned user is empty the ticket is created
correctly). I've sent all the information I had to help solving this
issue (if it is considered an issue). I created a new Agilo
installation, leaving everything as default, and this exception raises
again.

Thank you for your interest!

Regards,

Marcos.
