Thanks, I tried the URLs directly and still the same thing.. It could
be something on my end.. But i couldn't figure out, as  i tried both
from my work and now from my home internet as well..

Browsers tried: IE8, Google Crome, Mozilla Firefox, end result is that
it downloads 0 byte file. could  there be any restriction on my
account to download these files?
