So you guys that are bypassing the internal ac;dc power supplies for the devices that arent sold DC, are you grounding chassis? and I assume there is no way to not void your warranty by doing this?
on spec sheets, the current consumption listed im guessing is accounting for the conversion loss as well, is there a rule of thumb for calculating your demand (ie 10% or whatnot)
