There is a list of supported cards on the Mikrotik wiki.

We have a few i7 based units running the following dual 10g Nic's.

Intel x520  (has locked optics, but if you use with DAC cables then it is not 
an issue)

Hotlava Card (excellent card, no issues)

Broadcom NetXtreme BCM57711 chipset based dual nic.. (
