So are you saying there was only ever one version? And if I have some that are marked LV, they are actually the same as the current version? I bought a bunch of them awhile ago, and they might have been old stock at the reseller.
I thought everything started out LV, then people had trouble at high RF sites and with Canopy sync-over-power spikes and you introduced the HV versions, and then everything became HV. I’m pretty sure the surge suppressors (without POE insertion) had LV and HV versions. Can you clarify? I believe you discontinued the LV version and everything is HV now. But I think resellers are confused that some products have HV at the end and some don’t have anything. I went to pick some up at WAV, and they thought I wanted GIGE-POE-HV which they had, but they didn’t have the APC version. Or maybe they do have it, but they aren’t sure about the part numbers. I wanted to replace everything with the HV version to possibly eliminate some random Ethernet drops we’re seeing at sites that use this power inserter. You might need to send out a crib sheet to resellers.
