The pro of a 2nd GigE connection is if you have multiple edge routers you can diversify. If it’s single router then yeah going to 10G makes more sense. Either way, often 10G is more cost effective after 2-3 GigE links anyways ;) Some providers will require a minimum on a 10G circuit such as 2-3G but that varies…
