I've tried several ways to launch the CNUT Customer Support tool, but it
keeps complaining. When I run it in the default mode, I get this:
Launching: java -cp C:\Canopy\NetworkUpdater\tools\CNUTSupportInfoTool.jar

I tried changing the "null" to the name of a zip file, but it doesn't
like that either. The help file is no help, so I must be missing
something obvious?
