I would take access bandwidth off most acquisitions I see they put the
network on their own. The other automated support and network not really
those things usually get converted to whatever the purchaser is using.
Things that I think do are
- proper network documentation
- current accurate books
- automatic suspension for users / audited accounting of *paying
*subscribers. You would be surprised ho many ISPs I have audited that
20+% of there users that don't get billed.

For you guys that buy ISPs, what makes it appealing for a purchase?
Particularly a wireless-only ISP?
* Consistent network architecture
* Current generation radio systems
* Sufficient access to bandwidth
Of course, it's always going to be customer count. But what are the
small things that can be done on a network to make it more palatable
(i.e., higher sale price)? Would fully automated support support
systems being in place or automated processes? Would a reliably
automated network be more financially appealing?
