I've used the ODC-100 for this in the past. There are larger versions with more Us too. There is a handhole base you can buy for it to sit on for fiber storage. There is a spec sheet for the handhole on the attached link. CF doesn't make the HH, I think that comes from a company in PA or NY. I can dig into that if you want to source a split cabinet base handhole.
