I personally miss the days of running an ISP, but back then much of what we did relied on the upstream wireline providers. I have much respect for you and your ability to navigate the ever changing market...!
My goal is to streamline your efforts working with your upstream providers for layer 2 or 3 needs With over 20 years in the industry, if your missing having a long term relationship with your carriers, consider an agent channel to help navigate thier ever changing offers. At this time im dissapointed to say CTL dropped thier burst able DIA product offering. Level3 management has taken over the ship, and directed using thier products and processes. I've had more enjoyable times at the dentist. I have discovered a way to get *Level3 1Gb DIA at about 80,000 fiber lit buildings for* *$995 per month on 36 month term*. At this time there is not a 10Gb promotion that compliments this, just a tiered structure with flat rate commits 2/3/4/5 etc. There is still a CTL data center promotion, just not burst able.
