The FCC released guidance yesterday on this year's CPNI certification statements. As usual, they are due March 1st. I am preparing a revised template again for clients. All you'll need to do is fill-in a few places, sign it, and return it to me. I'll do the electronic filing and send a copy of the confirmation for your records. If your company did not provide voice services in 2013, you don't need to worry about this. I'll be charging $350 flat rate again for the work.
