Hi all, one of my friends is facing difficulty in booking the railway ticket with the help of his railway concession certificate. He made this concession certificate last month as per the revised performa. But my friend has been advised to make a new ID card from commercial office of railway, and also told that these certificates are no longer valid. Is there any such notification or circular from the railway? Does it necessary to make this new card in order to avail concession on booking the railway ticket? -- Mohib Anwar Rafay
