Friends, today I had visited Northern Railway DRM office near New Delhi Station in Delhi for getting my ID card done for online reservation card there I was puzzled by the requirements of documents requested by the officer, we have to carry 3 passport size photograph not 2, one application written to address of DRM Northern railway zone, original & x-erox copy of medical certificate in which there should be registration number of Doctor who has signed the medical certificate, residential proof & date of birth proof such as Adhar card, Election Card, & also carry the present original & copy of railway concession certificate done by any Blind Institution or any registered doctor in new format, I was having old concession format which will expire in july 2016 but they returned my old railway concession certificate & gave me blank new format & also suggested me to get done by national federation of blind, I asked them after submitting all documents within how many days ID card will be issued there was no perfect answer from them they answered me that they will call on our mobile to take the ID card. These all problems we have to face in getting the fecility for online railway reservation, why only we disabled persons are facing such problems, not sighted people.
