Hi all,

Greetings from Eyeway Helpdesk!

One of our caller asked us if there are some guidelines in place to make the
hospitals accessible to persons with disabilities.

We could find the Guidelines and Space Standards for Barrier Free Built
Environment for Disabled and Elderly Persons, issued in 1998 by Central Public
Works Department, Ministry of Urban Affairs & Employment, Government of India.

Are there any updates to these guidelines? and, are there any international
guidelines in place?

Thanks,
With best regards,
Satguru Rathi | Helpdesk Executive
