Qualifying requirements Graduates , MBA-HR/PGDBM-HR/MSW
0-1 yrs of experience in handling queries/HR
issues
Key Responsibilities Handle inflow of grievance issues from across organization
Collate grievances in appropriate categories
Forward grievances and follow up for resolution
to the problems
MIS of inflow, handling and action taken on
grievances
Presentations and report submission to Management
Job Specification Good Communication Skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to exercise discretion & secrecy
Expert in prioritizing and adhering deadlines
Diligent, confident and mature personality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Salary - Rs 10,000 - 15,000 per month
