Have you had trouble with similar looking Rs 5 and 50 paise coins?

The government has decided to remint the coins after receiving numerous
complaints over the similarity. We ask Mumbaikars if they have had a bad
experience
with these coins...

Swati K, 20, Andheri
No, I have never had trouble with the Rs 5 and 50 paise coins. I find no
point in reminting them. In fact, the Rs 2 and Re 1 coins look far more
similar.
I have goofed up many times while giving them away.

Shobhit Kapoor, 23, Vile Parle
No, I have never paid much attention to the details of the coins as I
can easily differentiate between them. I think we all check each and
every rupee while
giving it away. For people who find it troublesome, they need to be more
careful.
Kirit Thakker, 55, Kandivli
Yes, I have had trouble with the similar looking Rs 5 and 50 paise coin.
While buying newspapers couple of times I had given a 50 paise coin
instead of
Rs 5 and every time I had to face the vendor's wrath. I think even the
Rs 10 and Rs 20 notes look quite similar.
Roopa Rathod, 9, Marine Lines
I sell flowers on the roadside and a bunch costs Rs 5. Often people give
me 50 paise and walk away. Mostly, I make out that they have paid me
less. But
at times, I too have accidentally accepted 50 paise for Rs 5.
Mansingh Bhatia, 34, Thane
Yes, I think Rs 5 and 50 paise coins look identical, though, I have
never made any mistake with them, at least not any that I can recollect.
I think the
government has a made the right decision in reminting them.
