Hello Access Indians! I am facing a peculiar problem with respect to sending SMS to a particular number. When I send an SMS to a MTNL cell phone from my airtel, it does not reach the recipient. The same problem is with that number also. when she sends an sms it does not reach my airtel phone. Both of us have launched complaint with our respective service providers, but airtel says that everything is ok with them and problem is with MTNL. similarly, MTNL people are telling the same story that there is something wrong with airtel. The most surprising thing is that we both are able to send and receive SMS to and from other MTNL and airtel numbers without any hindrance.
