Filled the application for this thing as you can't seem to get anything done without this UDID, but the process of getting it is fujjing annoying as everything to do with our government often is. have filled the application multiple times have the enrollment number and such, but every time the application is updated with the very helpful and so informative remark ":Application not filled properly" What the fuck does that mean, when there are form checks at every point, and you can't submit the application without everything having been filled in. If something is immproper, inappropriate, how hard is it to mention it so that one can actually fill it correctly? Probably some asshole of a government bureaucrat just avoiding work, but my question is, is there a way to reach out to these guys to actually understand what the f is that ":Application not filled properly" mean and what in there is getting them so hot and bothered. Cheers, don't mind my french, rather frustrated with this entire process.
