Dear Axis Indians this is Raghavendra Raju from Visakhapatnam I am writing
you this email with lot of frustration yesterday I received railway
identity card validity was given from today I have tried so many times to
reserve ticket with the new ID card but there was an error message which I
will send you now valid up to date in record and the valid up to date given
by user does not match
it happened so what I have to do now is there any option to raise the
complaint to the railway authorities because railway station is so far
away  from my home please kindly tell me the solution thank you with
regards Raghavendra Raju
