Dear all, I am pleased to provide an update regarding my application for the railway concession card. Following an initial rejection, I lodged a complaint through the PG portal. The subsequent response directed me to reapply using my UDID card and to engage with the concerned DRM officer after submission. I have completed these steps and am now awaiting the issuance of my concession card based on UDID card, anticipating a positive resolution.
