Dear Realme Support Team, I am writing to provide critical accessibility feedback regarding the Realme Link mobile application.
As a visually impaired user who relies on a screen reader for device navigation, I am currently unable to sign in to the Realme Link app independently. The login process requires solving a visual CAPTCHA, and unfortunately, no non-visual alternative, such as an audio CAPTCHA, is provided within the app. I would like to point out that your own website, realme.com, already implements this feature correctly. The login portal on realme.com provides an audio CAPTCHA option, which allows visually impaired users to authenticate successfully. The login interface and process in the Realme Link app are otherwise identical to your website; the only missing component is the audio CAPTCHA. My formal request is for your development team to integrate this same audio CAPTCHA functionality, which already exists on realme.com, into the sign-in and login screens of the Realme Link mobile application. This change would create a consistent and accessible experience across all your platforms and ensure that all your customers, including those with visual impairments, can securely access and use your services.
