I am seeking advice on the private sector job market for individuals with
disabilities, particularly those with vision impairment. Any insights or
recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I have an interview with one of the Big 4 accounting and auditing companies
tomorrow as part of my college placement process. If you work at any of the
Big 4 companies, I would love to connect.

I have a few questions for you:
Do personal biases of interviewers sometimes indirectly disqualify
candidates with disabilities, despite having inclusive policies?
How do you demonstrate that you are capable of doing the same work with the
same standards as able-bodied people, given that assistive aids are
provided?
