You are on the right track. I no longer use jaws regularly but recall that there used to be a keystroke that listed all objects in a word document. Your rich text control should be in that list. Navigate to it and once you hit ok in the list, you should be able to edit the content of the box. The escape key should return you to the document. If you do not see the rich text box, you may want to display the headers and or footers and then try looking for it with the objects list. Pranav -- Disclaimer: 1.
