Yes, even I assume that he is talking about the Accessibility issues with the YouTube application, hence, I shared the link to the Google Disability support team. Having said that i understand what he is requesting is equally important, specially for those creators who make short videos which have only music with them with instructions on how to get something done, I know of a particular channel that does it.
